As the storm front moved through Lincoln at approximately 12:30 Saturday, December 27th, our
main tower in Lincoln was destroyed by the storm. We are working toward temporary repairs
that should have most of our customers back online very soon. We will keep you informed
of our progress.
01/05/09 Update
Most of the major repairs are complete, and after Tuesday morning, all of
the outlying areas in the county should be back online.
Some Lincoln customers will still need antenna
realignment. We will get to each individual customer site
as soon as we can.
Service to all customers may be perodically unstable as we
continue to make changes to the network.
We are tracking downtime for each account and will be issuing credits in
our next billing cycle.
